Qualifications

  • Previous experience in medical or dental office settings is advantageous but not required

Responsibilities

  • This role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions across various departments
  • **Part Time Working hours are as follows:**
  • Monday-Friday 4:30PM-7:00PM & Saturdays 9AM-5:30PM  - Rotating Saturdays
  • Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, direct calls, and take detailed messages
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records
  • Call customers inquiring about service experience
  • Assist with billing, bookkeeping, and Data entry as needed
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring excellent phone etiquette
  • Support office management tasks including supply ordering, organization of files, and general clerical duties
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a welcoming environment
  • Coordinate with other staff members to ensure efficient daily operations
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
  • Attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing schedules accurately
  • Issue License plates to new buyers
