Part Time Receptionist

We rely on and trust our Receptionist to provide clerical support to our center. We are seeking a qualified individual who is compassionate, a multi-tasker and ready to collaborate with leadership to change lives. The right person will be experienced and come to work with a positive attitude every day.

Shift: Tue/Wed 4:30-8:30pm and every other weekend

Responsibilities:

• Performs general office duties included but not limited to filing, copying, faxing, etc. under supervision
• Maintains records using an established filing system
• Sort and distribute mail as appropriate

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• 1 year office experience
• Experience with MS office computer tools
• Ability to file in alpha order
• Detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient and company proprietary information
