Job Description

Jarrett Gordon Ford Davenport is looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well, and can provide a welcoming first impression for our customers. Evening and Saturday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Assist customers with general questions and connect them with the appropriate department
• Take accurate messages when necessary
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
• Provide basic administrative and clerical support
• Assist dealership departments with other tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable answering a multi-line phone system
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Applicants must have evening and Saturday availability.
