What will I be doing?

As a Recreation Coordinator, you will promote the resort's recreation, activity, and education programs, outdoor activities, crafting, etc and other entertainment opportunities.

  • Coordinate recreational programs on a day-to-day basis for all age groups according to needs and interests of guests/owners, resort requirements, and seasonal opportunities.
  • Plan and coordinate activities and events, including special events, holiday programs, competitions, mixers, and other group activities.
  • Monitor pool activities, such as towel inventory control, and all other activity in common areas.
  • Responding to all guest requests to ensure client satisfaction; willing to "pitch-in" and help co-workers with their job duties and being an outstanding teammate.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Schedule: Part-Time, Year Round, Between the hours of 9:00AM-7:00PM, including weekends and holidays.

What are we looking for?

To full this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • A Team-First Attitude
  • 6 months customer service
  • Ability to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidays.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • 2 years of practical recreation experience
