Title: Part-time Recruiter

Summary:
This individual will act as a strategic talent partner, supporting hiring across procurement and strategic sourcing functions.

This role requires a consultative recruiter who can manage a high-volume workload while partnering closely with hiring leaders to attract and hire top-tier talent across mid-level to senior roles

Key Responsibilities:
" Manage full-cycle recruiting for 15 30 open requisitions across the team
" Recruit for procurement and strategic sourcing roles, including consultants and corporate hires
" Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
" Source, screen, interview, and guide candidates through the full hiring lifecycle (intake onboarding)
" Partner closely with hiring managers as a strategic advisor, providing guidance on:
" Talent market insights
" Interview processes
" Candidate selection strategies
" Recruit within a healthcare/hospital provider environment, supporting sourcing and procurement-related roles
" Facilitate offer negotiations, ensuring alignment between client expectations and candidate needs
" Utilize ATS platforms to manage workflows, reporting, and candidate tracking
