Client Overview:
Our client, who is well known in their industry, is looking to add a Part-Time Recruiter to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$25/hr - $28hr

Position Overview:
The Part-Time Recruiter plays a vital role in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for various roles within the organization. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and Hiring Managers.

Responsibilities of the Part-Time Recruiter:
  • Fill vacant positions efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
  • Use ATS and ADP for tracking and onboarding.
  • Communicate with Hiring Managers regarding candidate progress.
  • Ensure compliance with equal opportunity and anti-discrimination guidelines.
Required Experience/Skills for the Part-Time Recruiter:
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience using ATS and ADP systems.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with inclusive hiring practices.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Part-Time Recruiter:
  • Previous experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Exposure to high-volume recruiting environments.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards.
  • Experience with additional HR software.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
  • Equivalent experience in recruiting or HR is considered.
