Part-Time Bilingual Recruiter (Spanish/English)

Location: Elk Grove Village, IL (Primary Work Location)
Compensation: Up to $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5-6 hours per day (25-30 hours per week)
About the Role
Exegistics is seeking a motivated and driven Bilingual Recruiter to join our growing team in Elk Grove Village. This position focuses on recruiting and supporting employees in the light industrial industry, with a strong emphasis on the Spanish-speaking workforce.

The role is primarily office-based in Elk Grove Village, with occasional onsite support at a client location in Elgin. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in staffing and recruiting, with the potential to advance into a full-time Recruiter and Branch Manager position.
Responsibilities
  • Source, recruit, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial positions
  • Conduct new hire onboarding and orientations
  • Build relationships with candidates, employees, and clients
  • Maintain applicant and employee records
  • Coordinate recruiting activities and hiring events
  • Support employee engagement and workforce management initiatives
  • Occasionally assist onsite at a client location in Elgin
  • Ensure compliance with company hiring practices and procedures
Qualifications
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)
  • Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
  • Reliable transportation
