• Provide nutrition education and counseling as appropriate.
• Utilize the Nutrition Care Process to deliver high-quality nutrition care.
• Help improve patient outcomes using “Food as Medicine”.

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or Licensed Dietitian (LDN) .
