    Role: Registered Dietitian
    Location: Port Charlotte, FL (Onsite)
    Type: Part Time (16 Hours/Week)
    Pay Rate: $35–$40/hour (Based on Experience) and Sign On Bonus

    What You’ll Do:
    • Conduct nutrition assessments, consultations, and follow-up evaluations.
    • Provide individualized nutrition care plans and 1:1 resident consultations.
    • Work with diverse clinical conditions including dialysis, diabetes, cardiac care, wound healing, and tube feeding.
    • Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans.
    • Monitor nutritional status and recommend appropriate interventions.
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve nutrition outcomes.
    • Utilize the Nutrition Care Process to deliver high-quality nutrition care.
    • Make a meaningful impact by using Food as Medicine to improve residents' quality of life. 
     
    Who Should Apply:
    • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) Credentialed.
    • Newly Credentialed, Experienced, retired, or semi-retired dietitians seeking meaningful part-time work.
