Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical oversight and ensure high-quality care for our in-home clients. This is a 20-hour-per-week position with flexible scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete initial assessments and supervisory visits.
- Develop and update individualized care plans.
- Provide clinical supervision to PCS aides.
- Maintain Medicaid/DHHS compliant documentation.
- Communicate with caregivers, families, and physicians.
- Support quality assurance and compliance processes.
Qualifications
Required:
- Active North Carolina RN license.
- At lease 1 year of nursing experience.
- Knowledge of NC PCS and DHHS requirements.
- Reliable transportation.
Preferred:
- Experience supervising in-home aides.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Schedule & Compensation
- 20 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling
- Pay: $35-$45 per hour based on experience and education
- Mileage reimbursement
- Paid training
