Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming North Palm Beach is looking for a dedicated and experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our team!  The ideal candidate is dependable, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with excellent customer service skills, strong phone etiquette, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask with a smile. Microsoft proficiency, POS experience, and upselling skills are required. Part Time position may turn into Full Time in the Fall with the right candidate

Position Details:• $14–$15/hour•20–25 hours per week• Weekend availability required• No evening or overnight shifts

Responsibilities:• Greet customers and their dogs enthusiastically and assist with products and services• Answer phones and schedule grooming appointments using our POS system• Handle cash, credit card transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately• Help maintain a clean, organized, and showroom-ready retail space• Assist with social media posting, monitoring, and engagement

Requirements:• High school diploma or equivalent• POS system and cash handling experience preferred• Basic math and computer skills required
