JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company-mandated standards. Ensure that rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels. Understand and follows all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel. Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation, and hotel surroundings (i.e., mall, restaurants). Ensure that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc. Identify items that guests have left behind and report items utilizing hotels lost and found procedures. Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma GED

The hiring process may consist of a phone interview, managers interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment.
