If you're passionate about running, walking, or an active lifestyle, we want you to help our customers find the perfect gear to meet their fitness goals.Responsibilities:Customer Experience: Assist customers with expert shoe fittings, offering personalized advice on shoes, insoles, and accessories to ensure the best fit for their needs.Product Recommendations: Provide recommendations for running apparel and accessories to enhance the customer's overall shopping experience and meet their fitness goals.Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring every interaction is positive, informative, and exceeds customer expectations.QualificationsPassion for running, walking, fitness, or an active lifestylePrevious retail experience preferred, but not requiredOrganized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with POS systemsCustomer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving abilitiesFlexible availability – evenings, weekends, and peak periodsPay & ScheduleBase + Commission, approximately $16–$18+/hourPart-time: approximately 10–25 hours per weekFlexible scheduling with a mix of weekdays, evenings, and weekendsWe understand life doesn't always fit a traditional schedule.
