Part Time Sales Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Estelle Colored Glass’ Part Time Sales Associate is whip-smart, go-getting, proactive and organized who is passionate about delivering an exceptional retail and customer service experience. This is a position who will act as a brand ambassador and provide a best-in-class retail experience. They are the host of the party that provides a smooth retail experience to our customers and supports our mocktail bar.

REQUIREMENTS:

\n

Genuine enthusiasm for retail who holds an outgoing, friendly demeanor. An ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. The ideal candidate is a natural communicator, personable and has incredible attention to detail and a healthy sprinkle of perfectionism. This person embodies the Estelle attitude - a positive, fun, curious person who loves people, and being on the sales floor. We require open availability, including weekends and holidays for this position. This position reports to the Store Manager.

AVAILABILITY DURING PEAK TIMES:

\n

As a member of our retail team, we ask for flexibility during our busiest times of year.

\n

The fourth quarter (holiday season) and other peak periods are especially important for our

\n

business, and we typically need all hands on deck to support our customers. Because of this,

\n

time-off requests—including vacations—may be limited or not approved during these black out

\n

times. We encourage team members to plan personal travel and extended time off outside of

\n

these peak seasons.

STOREFRONT & RETAIL EXPERIENCE

\n

• \n
• Interact with each customer with the goal of introducing the brand, answering product questions, closing the sale, and building a long-term client relationship.
• \n
• Offer every customer an opportunity to enjoy a complimentary mocktail in one of our Estelle glasses
• \n
• Ensure the sales floor is stocked and tidy at all times while adhering to inventory guidelines.
• \n
• Participate in nightly cleanings of store and bar areas
• \n
• Oversee customer flow and Estelle experience.
• \n
• Ensures visual merchandising standards are maintained, the store is always client-ready and tidy at all times.
• \n
• Actively maintain a strong customer service presence on the sales floor to deter theft and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
• \n
• Process transactions accurately, while handling credit cards and gift cards. ( We do not accept cash.)
• \n
• Participate in store events or client-related events as needed, representing the brand and enhancing client relationships (These could be outside of normal business hours.)

• Follow store opening and closing procedures.
