Part Time Sales Associate

We are seeking outgoing, friendly, and helpful team members to welcome and assist customers and support store operations. If you have previous experience in hardware, woodworking, plumping, electrical, using power tools, grilling, painting, landscaping, refurbishing furniture, or doing household repairs this would be a great job for you! This position is part-time (20-30 hr/week).

What to expect:

• You'll receive online training and have access to trainings related to all aspects of hardware and lawn and garden maintenance!
• You will learn about the products we sell and how they are used.
• You’ll work directly with customers welcoming them, answering questions, and helping them find everything necessary to complete their project in one trip. It is important to be comfortable with initiating conversation.
• Complete customer transactions at the register and answer phones.
• You will be trained on making keys and mixing paint.
• Support store operations through tasks such as organizing and restocking shelves, assembling large items (e.g., grills, wheelbarrows), etc.
• You’ll be on your feet for most of your shift (3 to 8 hours).
• You must be able to lift 25-50 lbs.
