Part-Time Sales Associate
Bella Vita is looking for a dependable, personable, and style-driven Part-Time Sales Associate to join our boutique team.
We're seeking someone who enjoys helping customers, pays attention to details, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. This role is ideal for someone looking for a flexible part-time position while working in a creative and inspiring atmosphere.
We especially value afternoon availability to support peak customer traffic and closing responsibilities, though we're happy to work with your schedule. Occasional Saturday availability is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities:
• Create a welcoming and elevated shopping experience for customers
• Assist guests with product recommendations, gifting, home décor, and registry purchases
• Maintain strong knowledge of store products, promotions, and procedures
• Support daily store operations including merchandising, restocking, and organization
• Assist with closing duties to ensure the store is clean, organized, and ready for the next day
• Build strong customer relationships through thoughtful and attentive service
Position Details:
• 3–5 shifts per week
• Consistent availability preferred
• Saturday availability once a month is a plus, but not required
• Occasional team meetings
