We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Part-Time BDC Representative to join our growing team in Champaign. As our customer base continues to grow, we are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating with customers, and creating a great first impression of our dealership.

This position is ideal for a college student or someone looking to gain valuable business experience while working in a professional environment with opportunities for advancement.

Schedule

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: Until 7:00 PM
  • Tuesday and Friday: Until 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and text message
  • Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in purchasing a vehicle
  • Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to prospective customers
  • Maintain accurate customer information and activity records
  • Work closely with sales and management teams
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive dealership experience
