Receptionist Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls in a prompt, professional and welcoming manner Assist in greeting customers who enter the dealership Assist Management as necessary with administrative tasks Assist with cashier duties as needed by the sales department Assist with Entry Level Accounting Other duties as assigned

Receptionist Qualifications

Ability to work in a high volume environment Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
