Part-Time Seasonal Farm Worker
New Generation Farmers Market – Cattaraugus, NY

New Generation Farmers Market is looking for a hardworking, positive part-time seasonal farm worker to join our growing team for the season! This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being outdoors, working with plants, and contributing to a local regenerative farm.

Job Duties Include:

Harvesting vegetables and flowers
Washing, sorting, and packing produce
Planting, cultivating, and weeding crops
Preventative pest and bug management (organic-minded practices)
General field upkeep and light preventative maintenance
Assisting with day-to-day farm tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Enjoys physical outdoor work in varying weather
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team
Willingness to learn and take direction
Attention to detail and care when handling produce
Prior farm or garden experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule & Details:

Part-time, seasonal position
Flexible hours
Seasonal duration: spring through late summer/early fall
Be part of a farm focused on sustainability and regenerative practices

Ability to Commute:

Cattaraugus, NY 14719 (Required)

Pay Range: $18.50 - $18.50
