About the Role

Concordia Language Villages is seeking part-time seasonal employees to support campus operations during the summer months. Opportunities are available across multiple work areas. Assignments will be based on the applicant's interests, experience, and skillset.

These roles are ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

Available Areas of Work

Applicants may be assigned to one or more of the following areas:

Grounds & Landscaping

Typical duties may include:

• Mowing, trimming, and general landscape maintenance
• Planting and seasonal grounds cleanup
• Supporting campus event and summer project setup

Housekeeping / Custodial Support

Typical duties may include:

• Cleaning and maintaining residence halls, offices, and common areas
• Assisting with summer turnover and room preparations
• Supporting event setups and post-event cleanup

General Maintenance Support

Typical duties may include:

• Assisting skilled trades staff with basic maintenance tasks
• Furniture moves, light repairs, and campus project support
• Performing routine inspections and minor equipment upkeep
