Part-Time Showroom Sales Associate (Kitchen & Bath)

Job Description:

Black Bear Talent is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Part-Time Showroom Sales Associate to join our clients kitchen and bath showroom team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, providing product support, and assisting with the order process in a professional showroom environment.

Schedule is Monday - Friday with hours varying between 8:30am - 4:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom
• Answer customer questions regarding products, orders, and order status
• Assist customers with selecting products and navigating the ordering process
• Enter customer orders accurately into the company system
• Review orders for accuracy and assist with resolving any questions or discrepancies
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional showroom environment
• Communicate with internal teams regarding customer needs and order updates

Qualifications:

• Customer service, retail sales, showroom, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with computer systems and entering customer information accurately
• Ability to multitask and prioritize customer needs
• Attention to detail and a professional, welcoming attitude
• Kitchen, bath, construction, design, or product knowledge is a plus but not required
• Professional appearance
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug screen
