Assistant Softball Coach

Penn State Berks invites applications for the position of part-time Assistant Softball Coach. Penn State Berks is an NCAA Division III institution and a member of the United East Conference. The Assistant Softball Coach will be responsible for assisting the Head Softball Coach with all aspects of the softball program, which may include recruiting and coaching during practice and competition, and will report to the Director of Athletics through the Head Softball Coach.

Previous playing and/or coaching experience and availability for practice and competition are required. May require the ability to work in an outdoor environment in adverse weather conditions including extreme heat and cold.

This position requires the following clearances in addition to applicable background checks: PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, and Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check. This position requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid driver's license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required in addition to standard background checks.
