Champion Personnel is now hiring a Part-Time Solderer / Cable Assembly Technician!
Are you detail-oriented and enjoy hands-on work? We are looking for a reliable individual to join our team assembling and soldering cable assemblies and electronic components in a clean manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Solder wires, connectors, and electronic components according to specifications.
Assemble cable harnesses and cable assemblies.
Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
Use hand tools, wire strippers, crimpers, and testing equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous soldering, cable assembly, or electronic assembly experience preferred.
Ability to work with small parts and detailed assemblies.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Ability to follow written instructions and assembly diagrams.
Dependable with a strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
Good vision and hand-eye coordination for precision work.
