Champion Personnel is now hiring a Part-Time Solderer / Cable Assembly Technician!
Are you detail-oriented and enjoy hands-on work? We are looking for a reliable individual to join our team assembling and soldering cable assemblies and electronic components in a clean manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Solder wires, connectors, and electronic components according to specifications.
- Assemble cable harnesses and cable assemblies.
- Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
- Use hand tools, wire strippers, crimpers, and testing equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous soldering, cable assembly, or electronic assembly experience preferred.
- Ability to work with small parts and detailed assemblies.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to follow written instructions and assembly diagrams.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Good vision and hand-eye coordination for precision work.
