PART TIME SPECIAL EDUCATION CLERK

Gregg County Special Education Shared Service Arrangement is currently seeking applicants for the position of Related Services Secretary for the 2026-2027 school year.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Computer experience

Job Responsibilities: Coordinate related services personnel and consultants documentation Coordinate IEP Team requests for additional assessment and/or related services Assist in ordering supplies for office, related services, and instructional personnel Manage SERS (Special Education Resource System) Inventory all materials both professional and instructional Collect data and disburses PEIMs information Answer SSA telephone and direct calls to appropriate personnel Maintain protocols Coordinate, send and receive records Prepare new folders and maintain existing student folders Perform duties involving secretarial skills and routine office procedures Promote positive community relations through effective communication and interaction with community members, parents and staff Complete other duties and functions as assigned by director of special education

Salary: Determined by Management Board of Gregg County Special Education SSA
