Part-time Special Education Secretary

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Computer Literate
• Demonstrated aptitude for the work to be performed
• Evidence of interest in children and education

Performance Responsibilities:

• Maintains and projects professional image and atmosphere;
• Performs all secretarial tasks as directed by the administrator/supervisor;
• Maintains confidentiality with all information;
• Processes State Reports;
• Prepares all Financial Records for the Department;
• Assists with Annual Budget;
• Other tasks as assigned

Hours:

The Part-Time Special Education Secretary will work one hundred eighty-four days, per the

Winchendon Public Schools calendar; and up to but no more than 18 hours per week at the discretion

of the Special Education Director.

Salary: $17.48 - $22.17 Per Hour
