    Hourly Rate: $48-$60/hour

    Employment Type: Part-Time, 2 days a week.

    The Opportunity

    AnthroMed Education is seeking a Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in a welcoming Downriver-area school district for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a great opportunity for an SLP looking for a flexible part-time schedule while making a meaningful impact in an early childhood setting.

     

    The primary assignment will be two days per week at an Early Childhood Center, with the potential to add additional hours at the middle school to help support a higher caseload.

    The district is a small, close-knit community where staff are known for being friendly, welcoming, and supportive of their clinicians.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide speech and language services to students in an early childhood setting.
    • Complete evaluations, assessments, progress monitoring, and required documentation.
    • Develop and implement individualized speech and language interventions.
    • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and related service providers.
    • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered educational planning.
    • Potentially provide additional SLP support at the middle school based on caseload needs.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and professional requirements.

    Qualifications

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
    • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship eligibility
    • Michigan SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure
    • Experience working with children preferred
    • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
