Creative Financial Staffing is partnered with a nonprofit organization seeking a Staff Accountant to assist their team. This is a part-time, hybrid position with 30 hours total and 2 days in office.

- They support a large population of people in North Central Massachusetts with a variety of programs

Responsibilities of the Part-Time Staff Accountant:
- Assist with month-end close process including:
- Entering accounting information to QuickBooks Online
- Performing bank reconciliations
- Creating journal entries
- Process accounts payable
- Prepare invoicing for grants
- Gather information internally and externally for grants compliance
Background Expected of the Part-Time Staff Accountant:
- 2+ years in a staff accountant role or higher
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting OR experience equivalent
- Experience in nonprofit organizations and with QuickBooks Online are both preferred
- Ability to work a part-time, hybrid schedule of 30 hours/week
