Title: Admin Assistant IV (Part-Time) – Clinical Development Solutions
Location: Mettawa, IL (ABV1)
Pay: $33.00–$31.00/hr
Duration: 1 Year Contract
Schedule: Part-Time, 18 hours/week (Tuesday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM)

Responsible for all administrative functions for Director in Clinical Development Solutions Team: answering phones, calendar management, scheduling travel, managing correspondence and scheduling couriers, processing expense reports, meeting/event planning, creating or modifying business documents, preparing presentations from source materials, handling WebEx and Telepresence setups, acting as a liaison for remote access issues.
