ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:Organize and perform general office functionsWelcoming and directing students and visitors to faculty and campus services officesAnswering the phone and directing or transferring callers to the correct individual or officeSorting mail and restocking lab suppliesInventorying office and lab suppliesSupport School Administrative Assistants and Lab Coordinators as needed.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSMust be a current student enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours.Ability to demonstrate a welcoming and smiling demeanorAbility to communicate effectivelyAttention to professionalismAbility to maintain confidentiality St. Charles Community College is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
