Position Summary

The Part-Time Student Resource Center Assistant supports daily Student Resources Center operations by providing front-line student service, coordinating resources, maintaining inventory, and assisting with basic administrative functions. This position is limited to no more than 19 hours per week.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides front-line student service and assists students with SRC resources.
• Coordinates food orders, donations, inventory, and restocking.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming SRC environment.
• Assists with records, data collection, reporting, and SRC events.
• Maintains confidentiality and follows College policies and safety procedures.
• Works adjusted hours as needed to support SRC operations.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• One (1) year of customer service or retail experience.
• Bilingual - English/Spanish.

• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, student-centered service.
