Do you enjoy interacting with students? Do you have excellent customer service skills and take pride in helping others? If so, Kalamazoo Valley Community College may have the perfect job opportunity for you! This fast paced position requires a multi-tasker who can answer phones, schedule appointments, and direct walk-in traffic. This is a front line position that will require great time management and customer service skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience: Physical Demands: Work Hours: Will be scheduled up to 29 hours per week, within the business hours of Monday, Thursday, Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; Tuesday and Wednesday 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Posting Date 05/14/2026 Closing Date: Special Instructions to Applicants:
