Who We’re Looking For (Qualifications):
️ 18+ years old (must have a high school diploma or GED) ️ Minimum 6 months Sales experience one year preferred (retail, beauty, or hospitality)️ Outgoing, confident, and passionate about the beauty & wellness industry️ Strong communication & people skills – You love talking to clients and building relationships️ Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license (Minimal travel required)️ Must use and love our tanning & spa services️ Must have experience with UV Tanning and Spray Tanning

What We Offer:

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):
Sales & Membership Growth
- Promote and sell Luxury memberships, spa services, and premium skincare products
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals for memberships and retail products
Customer Experience & Salon Operations
- Deliver a LUXURY Guest Experience by providing expert recommendations for services and skincare
- Make quality recommendations on products
- Sell memberships and maintain sales goals
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming salon environment
- Manage customer inquiries with a friendly, solutions-driven approach
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-energy salon setting
Scheduling Requirements
Minimum 2 shifts per week, including weekendsMust be available for at least 2 Saturdays & 2 Sundays per month
Shift Options:
- Monday - Thursday: 8:45 AM - 3 PM (OPEN) or 2:45 PM - 9:15 PM (CLOSE)
- Friday: 8:45 AM - 2 PM (OPEN) or 1:45 PM - 7:15 PM (CLOSE)
- Saturday: 8:45 AM - 1 PM (OPEN) or 12:45 PM - 5:15 PM (CLOSE)
- Sunday: 9:45 AM - 4:15 PM
