Supply Chain Clerk

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Clerk to support day-to-day inventory, purchasing, logistics, and warehouse operations.

This is a hands-on role that combines administrative work with warehouse activities. You’ll help keep inventory accurate, coordinate with vendors, track shipments, prepare materials, and ensure supplies are available when needed.

What You'll Do

• Conduct physical inventory counts and cycle counts

• Investigate and help resolve inventory discrepancies

• Prepare Requests for Quotes (RFQs) and Purchase Orders (POs)

• Communicate with vendors and follow up on delivery schedules

• Monitor inventory levels and help identify potential shortages

• Pick and stage materials for outgoing orders

• Help organize and maintain an efficient stockroom

• Maintain accurate inventory and purchasing records

• Work closely with Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance teams

• Follow all required health, safety, and environmental procedures

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, inventory, purchasing, or warehouse operations

• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Experience using an ERP or inventory management system

• Experience with NetSuite is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable communicating with vendors and internal teams

• Able to work between an office environment and warehouse/stockroom

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to wear required PPE, including safety footwear and a safety vest

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Education or certification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration is a plus
