Daily Responsibilities:

• Menu planning and development with the Chef
  
• Plate presentation for a la carte dishes
  
• Ensuring food quality and portion control
  
• Utilizing knife skills for precise cuts
  
• Preparing sushi and other Japanese cuisine dishes
  

Required Skills:

• Experience with Japanese cuisine
  
• Strong knowledge of sushi making techniques
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  
• Attention to detail and creativity in plate presentation
  

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with menu engineering
  
• Knowledge of Asian cuisine
  
• Experience with wok cooking
  
• Ability to work with seafood
