️ What You'll Be Doing:
•Teaching kids how to swim using Big Blue's proven curriculum
•Creating a fun, safe, and supportive learning environment
•Delivering WOW customer service to families and teammates
•Being a positive, energetic team player in and out of the pool
What We're Looking For:
•Passion for working with children
•High energy and a positive attitude
•Willingness to learn and be coached
•Availability to work evenings and weekends
•Comfort working in the water up to 25 hours/week
•Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and be active on your feet
