What You'll Be Doing

As a Sales & Hospitality Associate, youll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating experiences and providing exceptional customer service to guests of the tasting room.
• Educating visitors about our wines and the Laurel Ridge Estate story.
• Selling wine and wine club memberships
• Supporting event operations, including setup and takedown.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Ensuring compliance with OLCC and food safety regulations.

This is a physically active role that requires standing for extended periods, walking at least 10,000 steps per shift, and occasionally bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this position, youll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in hospitality, sales, or a related customer service field.
• A current or willingness to obtain an OLCC Alcohol Servers Permit.
• A current or willingness to obtain a Food Handlers Card.
• The ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
