Job Summary
The University of North Georgia is accepting applications for a Part-Time Test Center Administrator. The Test Center Administrator (TCA) is responsible for providing comprehensive assistance to the day-to-day operation of the Prometric Test Center (PTC) operated at the University of North Georgia (UNG). The TCA reports directly to the Prometric Coordinator of Testing.

Responsibilities
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Preferred knowledge of standard professional proctoring duties and office practices, procedures, systems and equipment. Must be able to obtain and retain knowledge of ADA and FERPA guidelines as they relate to individuals served through the Prometric Test Center.
Working knowledge of most computer office software, including BANNER, Windows, Microsoft Office - Word and Excel.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; outstanding organizational and time management skills, excellent problem-solving skills; and superb phone etiquette.
Must have ability to stay focused and detail oriented under surveillance. Work performance is monitored & evaluated by external clients/vendors by way of audio and video surveillance and "secret shoppers" posing as testing candidates. Failure to maintain contractual requirements could result in financial loss to the institution or termination of testing client contracts.
Must maintain a professional demeanor when dealing with customers from varied industries to include academic, corporate, government, financial, healthcare, and information technology.
Must have ability to organize and prioritize work requests to complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
Must be able to complete concurrent or multiple tasks independently and creatively in a timely manner and under pressure of deadlines; work well with people from different racial, cultural and other backgrounds, and possess a strong commitment to the mission of the University.
Must be able to remain customer friendly and maintain attention to details in the midst of frequent interruptions; must have the ability to work successfully as part of a team in a high-demand, fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Must be able to learn and apply new technology as needed; must maintain confidentiality of candidate test records and personal information.
