As a Therapist at PGS, you will deliver compassionate psychiatric care to residents in skilled nursing and long -term care settings. You will work autonomously while staying connected to a robust clinical and administrative support team.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities:<\/span> <\/span><\/span>

• <\/span>Provide individual and family counseling to patients<\/span>
<\/p>

• Coordinate care and consult with facility teams (Administrator, Director of Nursing, Social Services)<\/span>
<\/p>

• Adhere to state and federal clinical guidelines and PGS protocols<\/span>
<\/p>

• Educate staff and support holistic, patient -centered care<\/span>
<\/p>

• Maintain clear, timely documentation<\/span>
<\/p>

Requirements<\/span>

Requirements:<\/span> <\/span><\/span>

✔ State licensure as a Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor,  or Clinical Social Worker (MD, DC, VA, PA, or NJ required)<\/span>
<\/p>

✔ Monday–Friday availability during normal business hours<\/span>
<\/p>

✔ Ability to stand for 20 minutes and lift up to 15 pounds<\/span>
<\/p>
