Temple University''s Enrollment Management Department is searching for a Part-Time Transfer Coordinator: Enrollment Management!

Hourly Rate: $30

Position Summary

The part-time Transfer Coordinator reports to the Associate Director, Admissions, and is responsible for accurately assessing and processing transfer credit for incoming students. This position involves evaluating transcripts from prior institutions and standardized examinations (e.g., AP, IB, CLEP) to determine transferable coursework in accordance with university policies and academic standards. Performs other duties as assigned

• This position requires the following background checks: criminal history review, child abuse clearance and FBI fingerprinting.
• Offer of employment is conditional upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening.
• This position is 100% remote.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor''s degree.
• At least two years of relevant experience in admissions, registrar, or academic advising.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge of admissions and/or student transfer best practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent organization and time management skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as in a diverse team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

This position is assigned a remote work arrangement, the duration of this remote work arrangement is at the discretion of Temple University and the Department.
