Part Time - Warehouse Associate (3rd shift)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11:00 PM - 5:00 AM (Part-Time)

Dress Code: Pants or shorts with belt loops, and a t-shirt or polo (attire will get dusty/dirty); required PPE includes steel-toe shoes.

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity requiring a brief interview. This role focuses heavily on overnight truck loadout operations and safe material handling.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Load trucks with materials according to work orders and schedules.
• Verify load accuracy, weight specifications, and product type before dispatch.
• Operate loadout equipment such as conveyors, loaders, pumps, or automated systems.
• Monitor load processes to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and supervisors regarding load status and any issues.
• Inspect trucks and loading areas to ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Complete required documentation, including load tickets, bills of lading, and inventory records.
• Follow company safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and DOT regulations.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.
• Maintain organized and clean work areas.

This is a temporary/contract position with no benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, or paid time off during the contract period, but these may become available upon conversion to a permanent role.

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, carry, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the warehouse in various temperatures.
• Able to comprehend oral and written communication skills to effectively read labels, tickets, order slips, and other product documentation.
• Able to accurately use basic math skills to count and pull orders correctly.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, organized, and positive warehouse environment.
• Attention to detail and good time management skills.
