As we continue to expand our operations and market presence, we are seeking a dependable Part-Time Warehouse Associate and Box Truck Driver to join our Fredericksburg, TX distribution center. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in providing exceptional customer service, and values accuracy, safety, and teamwork.
This position requires a valid driver's license, a minimum of two years of experience operating a 26-foot or larger box truck, and a clean driving record for the past five years.

What You'll Do
Warehouse Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Package, label, stack, and palletize outgoing shipments
- Perform quality checks on outgoing orders
- Load and unload deliveries safely and accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Assist with general warehouse operations as assigned
Pickup Route Responsibilities (As Needed)
- Operate a 26-foot box truck for scheduled regional pickup routes
- Load, secure, and organize inventory for safe transportation back to the warehouse
- Safely unload products upon return
- Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Follow all company safety policies and applicable traffic regulations
- Provide professional and courteous customer service during pickups
Qualifications
- Meet the required driving qualifications listed above
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Strong attendance, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
Physical Requirements
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, dollies, and forklifts
