As a Part‑Time Warehouse Associate at GALLS, you will support various Inbound and Outbound warehouse operations, ensuring products are received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. You'll play a critical role in maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
Associates may rotate through multiple warehouse functions based on business needs and shift assignment.
Choose the schedule that works best for you:
- Morning: 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM, Monday - Friday
- Midday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday - Friday
- Afternoon: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM, Monday - Friday
- Evening: 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday - Friday
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Receive, count, and sort merchandise by location, product number, and description
- Store products on shelves based on identifying details (style, size, color, material)
- Replenish active picking locations to support order fulfillment
- Print and sort pick tickets by warehouse zone
- Pick customer orders using RF Gun and/or pick pack sheets, ensuring accuracy
- Pack orders, construct boxes, apply labels, and place packages on conveyor lines
- Conduct random audits to ensure 100% order quality
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and OSHA regulations
- Work collaboratively to meet productivity and accuracy goals
- Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
WHAT YOU BRING
- Prior warehouse experience preferred, but not required for motivated candidates
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, physical environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
- Reliable attendance during scheduled part‑time shift
