About the Role\n

Snack Savvy Vending is a growing, locally owned vending business serving businesses and organizations throughout New Hampshire. We're looking for a dependable, organized Part-Time Warehouse Support Associate to help keep our warehouse running smoothly and our delivery team ready to hit the road.

The primary focus of this role is preparing and organizing product bins for our delivery drivers, along with keeping warehouse inventory clean, organized, and ready for the next route. This is a great fit for someone looking for consistent part-time work outside traditional business hours who enjoys staying active and working independently.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Prepare and kit product bins for delivery drivers based on provided restocking lists and route needs.
• \n
• Pull snacks, beverages, and other vending products accurately and organize completed bins for easy loading.
• \n
• Keep warehouse inventory organized and rotate products to help maintain freshness.
• \n
• Help receive, unpack, and put away incoming product deliveries as needed.
• \n
• Break down and recycle cardboard, take out trash, and maintain a clean warehouse.
• \n
• Identify and communicate inventory shortages, damaged products, or other issues.
• \n
• Assist with other light warehouse tasks as needed.
• \n

What We're Looking For\n

• \n
• Dependable and able to consistently work scheduled shifts.
• \n
• Organized with good attention to detail and able to accurately follow restocking lists.
• \n
• Comfortable working independently with limited supervision.
• \n
• Comfortable being on your feet and working in an active warehouse environment.
• \n
• Able to regularly lift and move cases of beverages and products weighing up to approximately 40-50 lbs.
• \n
• Willing to pitch in and help keep the overall warehouse clean and organized.
• \n
• Comfortable working early morning and/or late evening shifts.
• \n

Previous warehouse, stocking, grocery, retail, vending, or fulfillment experience is helpful, but not required. We're happy to train someone who is reliable, works hard, and has a good attitude.

Schedule & Compensation\n

• Approximately 10-15 hours per week across 3-4 shifts.
• \n
• Early morning and/or late evening hours.
• \n
• Starting pay of $14.00-$16.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• \n
• Consistent part-time schedule with potential for additional hours and responsibilities as the business grows.
