Job Responsibilities:
• Professionally representing Closet Factory at various home shows, festivals, and other types of events. • Talking to attendees at the event about their future home improvement plans and signing them up for free estimates. • Following our tried and true sales methodology: • Setup and break down the company booth before and after the show.
Key Qualifications:
• Have a great outgoing personality and love to help people. • Be available to work weekends. • Own a reliable vehicle and have a valid drivers license (this role requires a lot of driving). • Be able to lift 20-30 lbs independently. • Have 3 years of experience in Sales or in-person marketing.
Compensation and Benefits:
We pay on a base plus bonus comp plan. On-target earnings for this role is $18-$40/hr, however we dont cap bonuses, and we love to reward a job well done! Mileage reimbursement program included when applicable.
