Box Loader/Unloader – Part-Time Weekend Shifts

Freight Breakers LLC is hiring dependable and motivated individuals for Box Loader/Unloader positions in West Jordan, Utah.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced, physically demanding work environment and want the opportunity to increase their earnings through strong performance and productivity.

Job Overview

As a Box Loader/Unloader, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading and unloading freight while maintaining speed, accuracy, organization, and safety standards.

Loading Responsibilities

• Hand-load boxes from a conveyor onto trailers using floor-loading methods

• Scan packages into trailers using handheld scanners

• Move cages to and from designated staging areas

• Organize loads neatly, securely, and efficiently

Unloading Responsibilities

• Unload boxes from floor-loaded trailers onto a conveyor system

• Scan and sort packages into designated cages

• Maintain a high level of speed and accuracy in a high-volume environment

Compensation

• Paid per trailer and/or per case loaded or unloaded

• Average earnings: $16–$25 per hour

• Top performers may earn $25–$35 per hour

• Increased productivity can directly increase earning potential

Schedule

Saturday & Sunday – Part-Time

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

• 12-hour shifts

Requirements

• Strong attendance and punctuality

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Ability to consistently lift and carry 5–50 lbs.

• Ability to perform sustained physical work for extended periods

• Reliable transportation

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
