You'll work directly in commercial environments removing birds safely and humanely, supporting national retail customers, and representing our company with professionalism and care. This role is active, purpose-driven, and ideal for someone who enjoys variety and real‑world impact.Key ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll DoPerform humane bird removal services at commercial sites.Work in grocery stores, big box retailers, and home improvement locations.Travel locally and occasionally regionally for service work.Follow safety protocols, quality standards, and company procedures.Communicate clearly with supervisors, teammates, and customers.Document work completed and report site conditions accurately.Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working order.Represent Meridian with professionalism at all times.Basic Qualifications and Job FunctionsThis Role Is a Great Fit If You:Enjoy hands‑on, physical work and being outdoors.Are dependable, punctual, and safety‑minded.Can follow detailed instructions and work independently.Are comfortable working at heights, on ladders, or lifts.Communicate respectfully with teammates and customers.Stay calm and focused in active retail environments.Are willing to travel and adapt to changing daily schedules.Nice to HaveWildlife control, trapping, or facilities experience.Lift, ladder, or jobsite safety experience.Mechanical or general labor background.SchedulePart‑Time with availability a minimum of three (3) days per week.Schedule may include early mornings, nights, overnights, and weekends depending on customer needs.Job FunctionsLift and carry up to 50 lbs.Stand, walk, and sit for prolonged periods of time.Work exposed to outdoor elements.Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching.Ability to work at heights, climb ladders, and use scissor lifts.Ability to see up close and at a distance.Ability to travel long distances to our customers' facilities.
