Part-Time Youth LSW/LPC

Vital Health provides integrated primary care, behavioral health, and substance use treatment for adults and children in Northwest Ohio. We are seeking a licensed clinician to provide mental health and substance use disorder treatment in our outpatient programs (PHP, IOP, Day Treatment).ResponsibilitiesComplete diagnostic assessments and admissionsDiagnose SUD and co-occurring disorders within scopeDevelop and review treatment plansProvide individual and group counselingFacilitate PHP/IOP/Day Treatment groupsSupport case management and community referralsConduct home visits when neededDe-escalate patient concerns and maintain professional boundariesComplete timely, compliant documentation in the EHRRequirementsActive Ohio LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC (required)Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred)Experience in substance use and mental health treatmentKnowledge of withdrawal stages and crisis interventionStrong understanding of confidentiality, patient rights, and professional ethicsAbility to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary teamSchedule may include community settings and after school program times.Benefits: 401(k), health/dental/vision, PTO.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insuranceApplication Question(s):Please provide your active Ohio license type and license number (LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC).Describe your experience working with patients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.Are you able to work 12am-7pm Monday-Thursday?Are you comfortable diagnosing substance use and co-occurring disorders within your scope of practice?Work Location: In person
