Their California office offers a highly collaborative, team-oriented culture where support staff play a critical role in the firm's success.Job DescriptionManage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for attorneysCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangementsHandle time entry, expense reporting, and administrative trackingSupport billing processes, including invoice preparation and follow-upOrganize client meetings and internal eventsManage communications, including phone and email correspondenceProvide general administrative support, including reception coverage as neededCollaborate with legal assistants, paralegals, and business support teamsAssist with ad hoc administrative projectsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
