This Partner Assistant role supports senior attorneys (primarily corporate) with high-level calendar, travel, and operational support in a fast-paced legal environment. Description
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for attorneys
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Handle time entry, expense reporting, and administrative tracking
- Support billing processes, including invoice preparation and follow-up
- Organize client meetings and internal events
- Manage communications, including phone and email correspondence
- Provide general administrative support, including reception coverage as needed
- Collaborate with legal assistants, paralegals, and business support teams
- Assist with ad hoc administrative projects

Profile
A successful Partner Assistant should have:
- 5+ years' experience in an administrative role, ideally within a law firm (Big Law strongly preferred)
- Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong calendar management, travel coordination, and administrative skill set
- Positive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a purely administrative role (limited document production responsibilities)
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and schedules
Job Offer
- Competitive base salary ($85,000-$135,000) + overtime eligibility
- Hybrid working model (4 days in office, 1 day remote; fully onsite initially)
