Join a Growing Home Services Team

We are assisting one of our partners in a search for their next Customer Service Rep. Our partner is a local Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical company serving homeowners throughout the Treasure Coast. They are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team in Port St. Lucie.

This position is the communication hub of their operation and plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring their field technicians are scheduled and dispatched efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls and provide outstanding customer service
  • Schedule service appointments for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical customers
  • Dispatch technicians to service calls and manage daily schedules
  • Monitor technician progress and maintain communication throughout the day
  • Follow up with technicians regarding service call completion and job status updates
  • Coordinate with customers regarding appointment confirmations and updates
  • Process customer payments and assist with collections on outstanding balances
  • Maintain accurate customer records and service notes in company software
  • Support office operations and assist with administrative tasks as needed


Qualifications

  • Previous customer service, dispatching, or call center experience preferred
  • Experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or home service industries is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable handling collections and payment discussions with customers
  • Proficient with computers, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
